The Bacon Jam Company was born in Littlehampton, South Australia in 2014. We make delicious bacon jam that is gluten free, dairy free and free of artificial flavours, colours and preservatives. Nearly all our ingredients are from South Australia (our pure maple is direct from Canada!) and all cooking and jarring and distribution are done in SA. Bacon Jam goes on eggs at breakfast, burgers, hot potatoes and is just amazing on a cheese platter.
