We’re a sixth-generation Australian-owned family farm located in Hahndorf, in the beautiful Adelaide Hills. Originally a dairy farm, in 1970 fifth generation Grant and his wife Carol found they had a surplus of strawberries, which they decided to turn into jam - and the rest is history.
Today, we have one uniting focus; to produce the best tasting home-style jams, condiments, sauces and dressings in the world. To do this we use the freshest produce and craft it into mouth-watering products using traditional recipes, and never any artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
Since our first batch of strawberry jam was created we’re proud to have expanded, and today produce over 65 products available in 24 countries, on major airlines and in more than 300 hotels worldwide.
