China is the largest consumer market for Best Ociana Seafood, where the species is prized for its taste, colour and quality.  Best Ociana Seafood is an outcome of the merger between Stanke Ociana and Fitzgerald Fish Sales, both companies with long histories in South Australia. The company procures live Lobsters primarily from the Southern Zone, which has seven Ports from Port MacDonnell to Cape Jaffa.
