Wayne makes small batches of cheese each designed to create a unique artisan style gourmet dining experience.
The Cheesery is situated in Murray Bridge, the heart of the Murraylands and is the only local artisan cheese maker. The milk is sourced directly from the Simon's dairy on the river at Mannum.
