Coorong Wild Seafood is a seafood processing business run by Tracy Hill. It is based in Meningie and sourcing seafood from the Coorong and Lakes in the upper southeast region. They take pride in supplying local independent supermarkets and some of the best restaurants in SA.
Joint owner Glen Hill is a commercial fisherman who supplies the majority of the fish to the business. They also purchase fish from other local lakes and Coorong fishermen to supplement their supply. Currently employing 4 people in addition to themselves, they are expanding into farm gate tourism and recently opened a retail outlet and visitor centre on their property.
