CE Property Group is a real estate company with a real difference. Established in the early 1970’s, in the Adelaide Hills township of Birdwood, under the business name of Country Estates. It has evolved and grown by providing its clients with a service that is quite different to typical real estate methods.
Amongst the differences is the focus on the highest possible price and not just a sale price, and ensuring our clients who sell do not pay for marketing and administration. With many other consumer orientated points of difference, requests by sellers came from beyond the hills area which recently led to the additional offices in Mannum and One Tree Hill. The continuing commitment by our growing select team of agents now enables us to provide owners of properties from the suburbs and the country enjoy the many client benefits provided. This expansion has led to the rebranding and name change from Country Estates, to CE Property Group.
