We are a mother & daughter team making traditional Dutch hand made & rolled biscuits, using butter, free range eggs & Laucke flour. Hand piped melting moments, shortbread & toffee rounds. We activate local almonds for our almond delights, macadamia, pistachio & cranberry, choc chip, coconut & speculaas. Eccles are our only pastry we make with currants & mixed peel & spices.
