Gelista is a unique artisan style, handmade gelato which is produced in small batches, using batch freezing technology ensuring a consistently creamy texture. At Gelista, we began by making the gelati that chefs wished they had time to make for themselves. We started out producing five litre tubs for fine dining and function and cafes, and then expanded to produce impulse snack products. Gelista is now a leading brand of luxury gelato in South Australia, produce over 30 flavours. Gelista supports local SA quality producers wherever possible, allowing the real, natural dairy and fruit flavours and textures to star in award-winning gelato products.
