Golden North Ice Cream is based in regional South Australia in the township of Laura. Golden North Ice Cream was first manufactured in 1923 and is 100% South Australian owned and made. Golden North employs 70 employees and is the largest employer in Laura. Our product range includes super premium, premium and commodity ice creams, soft serve, frozen yogurt blends and dairy free sorbet. Golden North was officially recognised as an Icon of the state in 2006, and in 2014 was inducted into SA Regional Awards Hall of Fame for our ongoing contribution to the mid north region.
