We are a small home grown South Australian partnership that formed in 2012 when Stew and Malea met. We both have a desire to create products from recycled or upcycled materials. Perhaps creating an opportunity not only to reduce wastage of quite usable materials but increase the awareness of what is possible with a bit of imagination. We have a vision of starting small and as Paul Kelly sings "From little things, big things grow" we are excited about the future of In the Alley.
In the Alley aims to upcycle, revamp and renew materials in such a way to create products with a unique look. Our enterprise uses materials from the roadside, hard rubbish, discarded timber and of course plenty of donated items.
Recent ventures have seen our "Syx Frayed Lines" necklaces being stocked in several South Australian independent stores.
