With over 23 years experience working within the fitness industry and more recently within the government sector alongside many Allied Health Professionals has allowed me to build my business to where it is today.
We offer rehabilitation services to help people continue their journey through our Cardiac Rehabilitation (Phase3) Program, Pulmonary Rehabilitation - Lungs In Action, Mature Age Population - Strength For Life - 50+ (COTA), plus much much more.
Our business slogan is "Community Minded - Community Focused" with this we have worked with many local organisations to allow the less fortunate access to our facility, sponsored sporting and schools, supported development programs and mentored many students completing there Cert III and IV in Fitness.
