nestled near the foothills of Adelaide, producing a unique range of hand-crafted specialty
cheeses using the freshest locally sourced South Australian milk.
As artisan cheese makers, the La Vera family have firm belief that mass produced cheeses
lack the charm, delicacy and appeal of hand-made specialty cheeses. Without doubt,
cheese manufacturing requires consideration, detailed attention and quality craftsmanship.
Hence, all their range of cheeses are individually maintained and matured so that
consumers can enjoy them at their best. With national recognition at the Australian Grand
Dairy Awards, La Vera proved their love and passion for cheese making by being crowned
Champions two consecutive years in a row (2014 & 2015) for their Fresh Ricotta and
Parmesan Cheese.
