The mission of the Leaders Institute of South Australia is to develop wiser leadership for the benefit of the South Australian community. Our vision is to be a key catalyst for positive change and prosperity in our State, providing unconventional, unmatched and unforgettable opportunities for personal and professional growth for our State’s established and emerging leaders. We achieve this through our ground-breakingadaptive leadership programs such as The Governor’s Leadership Foundation Program, our Integral Leader, Northern Leaders Edge and Edge Programs, Think Tanks and tailored Short Leadership programs. Adaptive leadership and action learning develops creativity, innovation and emotional IQ to equip our South Australian leaders to better navigate complexity, ambiguity, change and awareness of themselves and others. Over 550 South Australians have graduated from the Governor’s Leadership Foundation Program since 2000 with over 95% of them remaining here in SA as leaders of our state and each year over 100 South Australian leaders volunteer their time to our leadership panel discussions in support of developing South Australian leadership.
