Lifelong Pathways is a disability advocacy and consultancy business, which provides individualised and respectful advice and assistance to persons with disabilities and their families. We aim to allow persons with disabilities to reach their limitless potential in all aspects of their lives, including:
- physical and psychological well-being;
- education;
- employment; and
- social inclusion.
Lifelong Pathways assists families with the transition of the person that they support to their National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) plan. As a registered NDIS service provider, we also provide Support Coordination and Plan Management services.
We also offer a wide range of person-centred consulting and advocacy services related to disability, education and inclusion. These services are provided to individuals, families and organisations.
Lifelong Pathways is based in the Adelaide Hills, and provides services across South Australia. We are a registered disability services provider in SA and are members of numerous SA disability organisations.
