My seed crackers are handmade in Adelaide by myself and my husband and they are completely gluten free (we had them tested by a lab recommended by Coeliac Australia), egg free, nut free, dairy free, yeast free and grain free. All but the honey flavour are vegan friendly, but all are Paleo and very convenient for anyone around with either a food intolerance or just a desire to eat clean, simple food.
