Pangkarra is proudly a family owned and operated business, based in the Clare Valley, South Australia. For five generations, our family has produced quality cereals and legumes, as well as export hay. Today, we also produce fine food products, including premium wholegrain dry pasta, stone milled wholegrain durum flour, wholegrain lavosh, and gluten free pasta. More recently, Pangkarra Foods launched cooked chickpeas in a pouch, as well as three delicious snack packs comprising of roasted chickpeas, faba beans and broad beans. We believe in quality through every step of the supply chain, which starts at the farm and continues through to the finished product.
