We are a family owned oyster growing business. We started in 1990 when oyster growing began in Smoky Bay. We own 5 hectares and employ on a casual basis. We sell most of our stock interstate. Three years ago we opened our doors to tourism and do land based tours. We have started doing oyster opening demonstrations at various caravan parks, the oyster fest in Ceduna. We have been involved with the oyster bar on East Tce in Adelaide as well as the Sky City Casino's Sean's Kitchen. We have had school based apprentices as well as work experience students. National Television Networks including ABC in Adelaide and NDTV from India have visited and done tours and interviews.
