The multi-award winning range of San Jose smallgoods is made exclusively from South Australian fresh pork & local biodynamic grass-fed beef. All products are made 'from scratch' with traditional recipes, are gluten free and free from artificial flavours and fillers. San Jose specialises in small batch, slow aged authentic salumi & embutidos including jamon, chorizo, cecina & saucisson.
