SG Learning and Development is an organisational development consultancy and Registered Training Organisation (RTO) working with clients in SA and Australia wide for over 11 years and is proudly SA owned and operated. SG provides a particularly innovative training and assessment approach in the Business Services/TAE packages Australia wide. We design, deliver and assess F2F/e-learning/blended programs that focus on work based application. This means our participants are using their own workplace to apply what they are learning in real time, allowing for strong learning outcomes and an immediate return on investment for their participation in their qualification. Our E-learning is a facilitated coaching experience where groups/individuals receive feedback as they apply theory in real work situations.
