Red Hen Gin is produced in the first distillery of it's kind established in the Adelaide CBD. Distilled in small batches in the traditional London Dry style, Red Hen uses a copper column still to delicately infuse the alcohol as it passes through the hand-picked botanics. Local flora has created something quite unique in Red Hen; native Muntrie berries, local citrus and peppercorn amongst other ingredients sourced locally give it a vibrant, crisp flavour.
