The Better Drinks Co manufactures a range of Juices, Quenchers, Smoothies and Cooler beverages under the “Charlie’s” brand. The company and juice processing facility is located in Renmark in South Australia’s Riverland. The company employs 21 full time permanent employees and additional 12 to 15 casual employees on a seasonal basis at the Renmark SA site and 5 permanent sales employees based in other states.
The company has a long term orange fruit supply contract with 11 seasons remaining and purchases a range of citrus fruits for processing from local packing houses and citrus orchards. Charlie’s products are sold nationally through the major supermarkets, exported to New Zealand and to other countries in the Asian region.
