Maxima is a not-for profit organisation, formed in 1985 to assist individuals to gain meaningful and fulfilling employment through training and support. Our head office is based in Adelaide and we have offices across the country. Maxima is an accredited Group Training Organisation (GTO), Registered Training Organisation (RTO), Labour Hire, Disability Employment Services Provider (DES) and Return to Work SA placement provider. These services are provided to South Australian employers ranging from small businesses to some of our state’s largest, across many industry types, including Blue Collar workers – Trades and Semi Skilled, Administration, Finance, IT and Payroll.
Since 1985 Maxima has trained and employed over 5000 trainees and apprentices across Australia. Our RTO is highly regarded and has delivered quality training and skills development programs for over 30 years.
