Mrs Wiech began making her egg noodles in 1935 at her house in Tanunda. Now 81 years on, the same recipe has stood the test of time and can be enjoyed throughout the whole country.
Using our traditional hand made methods with natural products, no preservatives and slow air drying, we produce egg noodles uniquely smooth and creamy in texture.
The range includes True Spelt for those with some wheat intolerance and Organic Black Pepper and Chilli.
Available at Woolworths, Coles, Foodland and some major Fruit and Veg stores.
You will also find our Fine noodles in ready made salads at the dairy counter at some Supermarkets and in takeaway food stores.
Four generations of South Australians have been brought up on Wiech’s egg noodles and our artisan makers are ensuring that the tradition will continue for the future generations.
