In 2010 Wine Wise Consulting opened its own contract processing facility near Nuriootpa in the Barossa Valley. We not only work with locally based Barossa clients but also those from Clare, Limestone Coast, Flinders Ranges and Kangaroo Island just to name a few. We offer winemaking, varietal styling, product appraisal, blending and marketing appraisals to help increase South Australian brand value. We assist with interstate distribution, export opportunites and represent our clients brands in selected South Australian trade . Large or single operator, simple winemaking or full winery production and all the many varied aspects in between are covered by Wine Wise.
